Cancel Subscription

You can cancel anytime. Send a cancellation request to contact@jonathanpagel.com using your purchase email address.

After cancellation, renewal billing stops. Your existing key may remain active until the end of the already paid period.

Before You Contact Support

• Confirm you are signed in with a valid license key in Settings.
• To sign out, remove your key in Add-in Settings.
• Try Demo Mode to verify the add-in is working in your Excel environment.
• Include screenshots and error text to speed up troubleshooting.
